Euro trials race. 3 laps of a fast and not very steep course. Average pace 6min/mile says it all. Had a good battle with Andrew Douglas for 1st place and won by 13s.

Out to Peter Hill and back, mostly on road. First day of being slightly too hot when running

Two climbs and descents on the first half of Peter Hill up to just before the last steep bit. Pushed the climb and flat bits. Climbing pretty well, legs slightly stiff on downhill

Up Tom's Cairn again. Could be the last time for a while as I'll be going away soon. Legs feeling fresh and good
