Long loop going to Hornberg and back. Missed out the top of Stuifen to make the run a bit flatter

Mountain biking with Anni. Lots of steep climbs and hot weather. Went up to Stuifen and Hornberg on different paths I hadn't been on

Warm up run to Waldstetten and then cool down after the tempo

Hill running tempo 24:10 [5] 5.0 km (4:50 / km) +530m 3:10 / km

5min hill rep followed by uphill tempo on Stuifen. Longer climb than when I last did it. Good mixture of smooth tracks and single track. Feeling pretty good

Long route over Rechberg for a warm up then a slightly shorter route on the way back

8 x 3min hills with jog recovery. Good session in hot weather

Over Rechberg to Stuifen then back before getting right to the top. It was horrible for the first half of the run, the heat and humidity was a shock to the body, suffocating feeling. Days of rain followed by 25 degrees and overcast. Left my watch charger in Scotland so only using it for the sessions I need it for, until it dies or I get the charger back
