Perfect clear sunny day and snow on the mountains. Ran up Kranzberg and down by the lake. Strides on the road at the end. Legs good

Along the river and back. Nice night and feeling good

10k loop going towards Kruen with an extra bit looking at a gorge I didn't notice before. Freezing cold and pouring rain, snow line not very high above the town. Legs feeling fast and fresh

Loop to Lautersee then strides and a few drills by the river at the end. Feeling fine
