School soccer at Brooks. They had 1 really good dark skinned guy who killed us. he ran the whole field twice and scored. Corey got given offside after a goal which was rubbish so we were losing 4-2. Then our team starting be smartasses to there teacher and he stopped the game with like 5 minutes to go. Not sure who will win though because they actually forfeited which would give us a 3-0 win

Inter High Cross Country at Kings meadows. 5.2km course but im not not sure what time i did. Estimating about 22? Came second behind some guy from deloraine and we were both way ahead of the rest of the race. Pretty happy with my run as i finished 1st out of the division 1 schools.

Monday run in new location. Ran from royal park to tailrace and back. Also did the zigzag track pretty slowly. Recovery run from the weekend

NOL race in St Helens. Had to do a moderate nav course for schools and it was very easy. Won by 9 minutes ahead of Jarrah and overall a clean run.

NOL Sprint. Did the same course as the elites and did pretty well. Stuffed up 7 and 10 and lost just over a minute. Some corners were really slippery in the the uni so had the slow down the go around them. Overall good run and I beat Shaun :)

Tasmanian Middle Distance Champs at Benbullen. Had a clean run except for control 8 where i lost about 2 minutes. Beat David Tay by about 4 minutes so was really happy.

Friday night game against Launceston. They are one of the better teams so it was a fairly tight game. We won 1 - 0 thanks to an early goal. It probably could have been 2 or 3. Got a run in the midfield in second half which i was very happy about because i hate defence.

School Cross Country. Loved the course and the hill x2 was where i made all of my lead. Won by over 2 minutes and felt pretty good the whole way. It is a good course :) Inter High next Tuesday! :)

School Soccer against Queechy high school. Other team was pretty shit so we won 12-1. Kicked 2 goals but evryone was just kicking it around and sharing the goals. Gotta love school sport. Some reason played 40 min halves which is longer than club soccer.

Club soccer training. Not liking playing school soccer and training on the same day. pretty big workout on your legs. Good warmup running drills for about 20 mins and then straight into some game practice. Finished with some absolutely hectic thing to build up your thighs. NO JOKE THE GUY TRAINING US HAD CALVES AND THIGHS THE SIZE OF MY DADS!!!

Monday run with tommy g, brodie, callum and luke. Bit shorter because we can't run in the bush at night time. Luke ran nearly whole way so no fast 3-5km at the end. Good run :)
