Long run. 15 minutes road, 60 minutes trail and 15 minutes road. Felt pretty good after and legs felt good.

Haven't been on attackpoint forever but i have been convinced to get back on here.

JWOC Trial week 1. Sprint
Was a bit delayed due to a bit of sickness last week and not wanting to do a hard week and kill myself.

Set myself a pretty easy course around the area near my house and just practiced flow keeping up a steady pace the whole race. Sickness completely gone which is nice.
