Ran into town quite slowly. Couldn't run launnie 10 today becuase of my weak ankle. Bit of a bummer

Mountain Biking 40:00 [3] 15.7 km (2:33 / km)

Did an extra 40 on the bike to get the time up becuase I couldn't run any longer on my ankle. Being a bit cautious

Race at trevallyn. Had to literally walk downhills to prevent my ankle rolling on anything so my time was probably 5 minutes slower than it should have been. Still won the yellow and the hill climb jersey so that's all that matters

Orienteering race 24:15 [5] 3.1 km (7:49 / km)

Middle distance back on the same map as day before. Set out with the purpose to fix my navigation mistakes from day before and didn't succeed. The first control made almost everyone pull up early and I lost 30 seconds. Nailed the 2nd and then the 3rd was a tough one. Good plan but poor execution had me searching in wrong part of erosion. Lost 3:30. This followed a few more sloppy errors and had already lost 6 minutes by spectator. Caught up to Jemery and once again he joined the train. Starting picking controls nicely and then rolled my ankle in a ditch. Race over and very pissed off me. Ankle is still sore but will be fine. Only completed 2/3 of course.
