Hills on the lower part of CHP. Original plan was scuppered as there were a couple of trees down part way up the path. Ended up alternating steady gradually decreasing length reps with 1min faster reps, all with jog down recoveries. This was all probably far more faff that it was worth, and I would've been better off doing something more straightforward.
