Sunday club run; out with the big group 'til St Cath's then AndyL, DaveN, Simon & I split off for a longer one over the North Downs to Puttenham. Bloomin' hot out, very grateful that the Watts Gallery cafe lady let us refill our water bottles. Generally pleasant; small blister under the ball of R foot but no trouble from the calf/achilles today.

R calf/achilles has continued to be tight/sore lately, most noticeably in the morning. More stretching required I expect.
