Stayed on Henry's shoulder 'til the last turn onto the field when I sort of mustered a sprint finish to overtake him. Decent enough time considering how much of the last week I've spent sat on the sofa scoffing ice cream.

The good news is that the swelling has subsided enough that I can actually dorsiflex my big toe again... the bad news is that it hurts to do so.

Foot still a bit swollen although less painful to walk on. In the meantime, that annoying cough I thought I'd shaken off has come back too; might as well get everything out the way at the same time I suppose.

L foot quite swollen/bruised around the big toe joint (stubbed it yesterday). Darn.
