Club Handicap Mile Thingy

I got set off at the back but only a couple of seconds after Henry. Sat on his shoulder for most of it - he got a small gap around the far side of the lake but I caught him again as the circle closed and then overtook him on the final straight back up the field. Might be a PB time for me? Certainly a boon having someone to chase.
