So-so run: went off quickly to avoid the worst of the early bottlenecks then got dropped by the group I was with (incl. John & Sam) on the first climb but was kinda expecting that. Held it together well enough for the second lap, could've done with another turn of speed in the final field (and/or kicking earlier) as had a few runners ahead within catching distance (including Sam again).
