To G'ford parkrun; started with Hatti but my stomach was feeling a bit upset after ~15mins so told her to go on without me - walked for ~10mins (including getting passed by JohnE on his bike) and had some water and felt okay after that. Think it was combination of dehydration from pub on Friday and an insufficient gap twixt breakfast and running.

Just spectated at parkrun. In hindsight this would've been the right call anyway.Lift over to Seale.

From Seale -> Farnham along the NDW with Hatti & Gary. Followed by a long tea break in a cafe.

Sort-of support running for the WH ultra-marathon group from Farnhom back to the 'ming via Crookesbury Hill, Lombard Street and Shackelford

R shin slightly sore towards the end. Calf had been feeling tight when sat in the cafe so perhaps some muscle compenstation involved?

Wasted about half of my running window turning my room upside-down in search of a lost watch (which had somehow ended up at the bottom of a chest of drawers despite being left on the top yesterday? Gremlins!). So only time for a brisk lap of the lake (and a thorough drenching when the clouds burst open).
