Compton, Puttenham, along the NDW for a bit, turned off at The Sands, Crookesbury Common, back via Shackleford and C'haus.

Ended up out for longer than initially planned (was going to be an out-and-back to Puttenham Common before I decided to turn it into a loop), but still feeling fairly strong at the end. Some light snowfall but not settling.

Similar to yesterday but stopped off for a short hill reps session at Chinthurst.

2x full reps of the hill (from the road to the trig point) in 3.38 & 3.31, followed by 4x15s sprints on the really steep bit.

Back. Got supersoaked.

Chinthurst Hill and back, with a loop around Broadwater at the end. Fine.

12x ~400m (1min) on the usual section of Mark Way (so slight up/down hill on odd/even reps)

1.19, 1.14, 1.18, 1.14, 1.20, 1.12

Took a few reps to get going properly (needed a better warm up?) but alright after that
