Running 30:35 [2]

Laps of Broadwater with a few strides.

Running 1:07:12 [2]

I think I've narrowed the problem down to a tight L hamstring and I think that's caused more by inactivity (sitting at my desk for 10+ hours a day...) than anything else. So as long as running doesn't make it noticeably worse, I think I'm okay to resume (with more stretching/foam rolling/mobilization exercises etc. than previously). And, yes, I'm well aware that this all sounds like motivated reasoning...

-

Peasmarsh woods, Mount Browne, loop around Compton Woods, Withies and finished up the meadows to Mark Way. Knee was stiff for the first ~10mins but tolerable.

This mostly served to remind me how little I enjoy cycling on roads tbh.

S&C 15:00 [1]

Knee and hip slightly better than yesterday but still noticeable.

Note
(injured)

Well, if it isn't the inevitable consequences* of my own actions.** Will take it easy for a few days and see; might dig out the bike now it's a bit lighter out.
