Not really sure the time or the distance. solid run with only a few mistakes. 12-13 was problably the worst, going too far left through the field. The trail just didn't look right. Otherwise a bit hesitent and pensive after each control.
Legs a bit tired from the running but much better than last week. Back of the heel is getting worse, need to get some skin on there. It really hurt going up hill.
