| Tried to break trail while learning to skate. The technique was close, it was just slow snow and breaking a trail was even harder. Hardest workout I have done this week. streched 10min afterwards. |

| Snow night with lot of sleet that burned the forehhead. Not a great day for a 40-45min run. Did the main St loop. Streched for 40-60min at home. A little sore the next day. |

| Slow warm up and some lifting with the legs and streching. Should have done some upper body at home but for some reason it took forever to make a really bad curry. Total time 40:00. Back is feeling much better, sleeping better.
Plan is to skip the really hard days and do more streching and lifting. Back to the schedule in a week. Work (combined with my laziness) is definitely getting in the way of some good training. |
