Saturday May 6

Road Run 1:00:00 [3]
shoes: Brook Glycerin 3
Scoping out a hash route for Saturday. Found digital camera and where some of the roads I was wondering where they went. Also sailed for two starts but only one race (6hrs), crew is still not comfertable working together.

Friday May 5

Bike (road) 40:00 [3]
Up to cranbury and over to Silvermine. Really hr+
Ankle has significant swelling

Thursday May 4

hashing 1:10:00 [3]4.5 mi (15:33 / mi)
shoes: Montail Masai Red
Great route through Wooster MT. I had no idea where I was for most of the run.

Big twist of the ankle. When I got home, Ice, Aleve, elevation and night splint. No real visable swelling but significant pain.

Tuesday May 2

Indoor cardio 20:00 [3]
weight:178lbs shoes: Brook Glycerin 3
Stairmaster and Treadmill. Average intensity. Knee and back tightened up a bit.

Monday May 1

swimming 40:00 [3]
A nice little swim focusing on form until I started to do sprints. Wow they felt good. Loosen up all kinds of things, back, legs.... Still tight, just not as crazy tight. Tummy still jiggles when I walk (too fat)

Sunday Apr 30

Trail Run 30:00 [2]3.0 mi (10:00 / mi)
shoes: Brook Glycerin 3
easy run with Janet at Cranbury
