| Great route through Wooster MT. I had no idea where I was for most of the run.
Big twist of the ankle. When I got home, Ice, Aleve, elevation and night splint. No real visable swelling but significant pain. |

| A nice little swim focusing on form until I started to do sprints. Wow they felt good. Loosen up all kinds of things, back, legs.... Still tight, just not as crazy tight. Tummy still jiggles when I walk (too fat) |
