WCOC evening orienteering session in Hoggs Earth. Great little course that went everywhere! Tried to keep it steady effort throughout and felt quiet strong.

Whilst the girls were swimming, I went out and along the railway line. Managed 6x400m reps or rather 6x1min30 reps with 2min recovery. Felt very heavy at the start but soon warmed up. Wanted to do more but I was under a strict time deadline for Phil.. hmm.
