Oceania middle-distance at Yackandandah.
Nearly 100% gold-mining.
Almost came unstuck on leg 1 as I tailgated Al Copyright, but relocated fast and then managed to concentrate for almost the whole course. Being a bit unfit probably helped me win - didn't do any fastest legs. I did over-haul second place on the run-in - his 67" to my 47".

Oceania long course. Late for start - split starts were too close together. Very cold & wet (and that was before going out). A really bad run coupled with officiousness of some event officials made for a crap day out.

Run to work - skipped GC part.
Felt suprisingly good - I think I fell asleep in my Skins on Sunday after watching the men's road race, so now I've been wearing them for about 48 hours straight. Recovery good, smell bad.
