Felt OK, just a bit rusty (recovering from Friday night).

Ride to work, intending to come home on bus, so that I can run in on Thursday - forgetting that recorder lessons are now off, so I probably don't have time to run in on Thursday. Doh - wasted 2 riding opportunities and two travel pass dings.

Run to work the short bush way. Felt OK - managed to get heart-rate above 160 up a couple of flight sof stairs - may have to put the alarm threshold a bit higher.
