Ride to work - just about worked out the best tactic for the Walker St lights, but the extra 3 sets of lights is frustrating.

Headlight run home. Skipped bushland park loop and ran up the golf course - little bit of groin niggle.

Ride to work, intending to come home on bus, so that I can run in on Thursday - forgetting that recorder lessons are now off, so I probably don't have time to run in on Thursday. Doh - wasted 2 riding opportunities and two travel pass dings.
