Standard bushy run to work.
Either I'm still not fit, my memory is failing or this is getting longer. Maybe all three - sure this used to be a 50 minute run and just over 8km.

Foggy and soggy. Achilles a bit sore, despite yesterdays icing antics. Will have 24 hours off icing, see if I'm OK to run tomorrow.
