Damp ride to work - not actually raining, but we've had about 80mm in the last few days and it looked ready to rain, so I had all the gear on (bar pants).

Metro-League, Manly Dam.
Started off around tracks and I overshort (by about 800m) the second control because I mis-read the desription, while trying to pass the idiot Waringah Council employee who had decided to drive around the main track that most of the courses were set along....

Tracy caught me 6 minutes at #2, then I had to bust a gut the whole way round. Couple of trickier controls near the end were fun, but it was pretty much a very wet XC race.
