Sprint-O Georges Heights.
Fairly good early, then lost a minute having a brain-storm at 12. Subsequently lost time at 15, and then more over the last couple of controls.

Feeling very tired, and it seems hyot & v humid - straight off the plane.

I have the emperor surrounded. If only I could penetrate his fiendishly wide moat.

Finally did the loop around the Imperial Palace - previously piked because the logistics of getting there seemed too hard for the morning and I was still at work at night.

I got to use one of the "Running Stations" - get changed, use a locker, have a shower, all for 7 bucks. On the way home I even spiked the right burrow entrance for the subway (thus avoiding about 2km of wandering around randomly as I did en route).

run 7 [3] 1.2 km (6 / km)
shoes: Asics GT 1000

Jog to/from park.

Quads still feel as though they have been tenderised after Monday's run.

run 2:30:00 [3] 20.0 km (7:30 / km) +1100m 5:53 / km
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212 (#2)

Numazu Alps traverse - great views of Mount Fuji and the coast.

First 1/3 was steep (think ropes), next 1/3 was steep and gnarly (think ropes, ladders and rocks).. pretty pleased to meet Rob coming up the last hill to give me a reason to walk the last bit.
