run 1:23:00 [3] 14.16 km (5:52 / km) +263m 5:22 / km
shoes: Asics GT 1000 #2

Ferndale, Fairylands, along river to scout hut, along Batten Reserve and back up to Epping Road then home the way I came out.

Light rain throughout, but mild... it had taken a bit to drag myself out of bed.

cycling 50:00 [3] 16.0 km (3:08 / km)

Came home early, so got to ride in the sun both ways.

swim 25:00 [3] 1.0 km (25:00 / km)
shoes: bare feet

The outdoor pool is about 26 at the moment - very pleasant on a 16 degree morning with a bit of sun.

cycling 40:00 [3] 12.0 km (3:20 / km) +100m 3:12 / km

To/from soccer

soccer 26:00 [1]

We won 5-2.

I think we missed about 6 shots from point-blank, with probably our best 4 outfield players on the whole game against a weaker team it was pretty quiet.
Both goals went through my legs :( But its never the goalies fault.

cycling (commute) 50:00 [3] 16.0 km (3:08 / km) +110m 3:01 / km

Tested out my new "Witches britches" in the rain on the way in. Very neat, negligable trouser leg pull compared to my over-pants style long waterproof pants.

orienteering 44:12 [4] **** 6.0 km (7:22 / km) +190m 6:22 / km
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212 (#3)

QB3 Day 3 - middle distance, M40
Intense - a lot of legs about 250m in the steep rock-strewn terrain. Just messy, no big mistakes.

Looks like I had a purple patch winning all the legs 13-17.

The first aid ambulance was packed.

God another 6 points for speeding on the way home - if only the terrain hadn't been so rough, I could have got rid of the excess speed on the course.
