Metro League Div A, Beacon Hill.
Tricky, small open rock and cliffs, some low visibility scrub, occasional super-dense BMX bike path network.

Mistake early on attacking #4 (?), came along the rock/path line and attacked too early. Caught by a lot of people, eventually realised where I was, then got clear of them. Pretty clean after that, maybe lost 15 seconds hesitating to go to a termite mound because of an unmarked knoll. Rescued by Lyn M.

Akuna Bay anti clock wise, then West Head return. Was hoping for a lift up Loquat Valley Road, but ended up pushing bike up the two 15pc sections.

Felt completely trashed on West Head road. Forgotten what a tedious ride it is. Very hard to get any tempo, and the views n are all concentrated at the end of the road.

Just failed to do a 10 hour week

When I collected controls today, it was there by the control, even though I'd looked for it when collecting on Wednesday and when hanging this morning. Yay !

Outfield good first half, up 3-0. Almost threw it but clung on for a 5-4 win. Definitely missing our old striker
