Failed in my attempt not to do anything strenuous as a trip up to the school with various kids turned into a parents basketball pick-up.

Attempt to shake off the dead legs. Did nothing for my morale - a record slow time for that loop. Maybe know off a minute for waiting time to cross River Road.

To/from SCG via work. Very windy riding to the SCG after work over the bridge. Managed to use the Kent St bike path and get across town without getting stuck in George St traffic for a change.

Soccer - game for Gresham was pretty easy, then I picked up on a team that was short, which was hard work, fortunately they had a good keeper. 5-1 and 3-1.

My new you-beaut bike bag turned up today from the UK, Lyra unwrapped it but hasn't constructed it yet.
