cycling 55:00 [3] 17.0 km (3:14 / km) +100m 3:09 / km

Wery wet wide home, in a bit of a shower gap on the way in.

I don't think the water got to hub point at any point, but it was certainly over 6" in a few spots and all of the stormwater systems looked like grade 6 paddles.

There's a (fairly affluent) street I ride along coming out of Flat Rock which has a 90 degree RH bend in it. I was so busy looking at the throw out piles this morning I almost missed the turn. Which would have been bad - grass and trees and a steep 20m slope.

run 51:26 [3] 8.0 km (6:26 / km) +234m 5:36 / km
shoes: Asics GT 1000 #3

Thought I'd get out between the the rain to the N and the rain to the S shown on the radar, but it took me a while to get going and I got about 2km rain-free.

Felt good, almost niggle free.

bush walk 3:00:00 [3] 8.0 km (22:30 / km) +350m 18:28 / km
shoes: Asics GT 1000 #2

Skipped yesterdays walking, but this was with a pack, so I'm counting it.

Down to Wollongabe (Du Faur's exit), then round the massive rock at that point by lilo and out up the other side of the saddle. Lyra may even have enjoyed it.

Amazingly there was a piece of chewy on my boot at start of trip that was still there when I finished.

Very quiet on the roads, not even many cyclists on Bobbo.
Felt much better on the return leg, did hill in 39-19 without thinking about it.

Evening run, noticed I did 5.30 for first k and L leg was only a bit niggly, so decided to push it. Apart from 1 fall, it went OK until 5th km when I fell again and went the wrong way twice. pb - take that Jase !
