Special mention to the box-of-food-delivered-to-your-door company who trompled through the garden, past the bedroom window and down the side of the house at 4am this bloody morning.

You got the wrong house guys !!
Maybe if you waited until it was light to make your deliveries you would get within 20 houses of the right address.

Metro league Botany.
Disappointing course - maybe 5 controls in the dunes proper and the bulk of the rest right by tracks.

Flogged myself fairly hard, but messy in the dunes.

V cold after the last few weeks, winter is here, forget autumn.

Squalls of rain on the way back, so Oing & I bolted our cafe refreshments and jumped into the rain gap on the radar and onto the back of a Lane Covelo peleton.... which was odd to ride with. Probably prefer to solo that bit of the highway.

R hip/bum playing up. Falling on it at soccer didn't help, but it was OK running yesterday, but today it was a problem trying to catch up with Stix as we raced through town post Swans game to grab an LC bus.

R-hip/glute bit sore from falling on previous injury during soccer. Went early to get between rain showers.

Soccer - just scraped a 2-0 win against a team with only 4 players. They had a girl who was very good, pretty sure she was an ultimate player.
