Reverse Akuna BF ride. Fairly horrible.
Saw dog running unrestrained along path on Morrice St. Saw cat further up road. Cartoon outcome, cat dashes in front of me, then dog which I hit (no damage).

Then I meet a car in Roseville driving slowly towards me on wrong side of Pacific Highway.

Cam and Nick come past as I'm texting Alexa, and don't stop, so its a 2km catch effort, then Cam gets a flat going down to Akuna. By now it has started to drizzle, road is a bit crappy. Abandon Cam to fix tyre.

Labour round reverse loop and catch Cam in Terrey Hills as he is getting a lift by car (2nd flat).

By now headwind is picking up for solo damp ride back along Highway.

Run usual route to the Shingo's garden, joined BF run (Stix, Graeme D, Billo) for loop of the park, stop for a scone then home the same way. Weight is post-run.
