Parkrun Willoughby
So this run has been going for a year and its the first time I've got to it.

Turns out that Phil was right, in fact if I hadn't been so fast on the first km, the last two may have been more comfortable. When I saw that I'd done 3.29 I slammed on the brakes for km 2, probably a bit too hard, as then had to work pretty hard to crack 20. Maybe I should have not looked at my watch for 2km, but I suspect that I would have died more horribly.
