Fast outbound trip holding off LAC, slower return - traffic on Highway.

Sluggish ride to work. Eventually stopped and put my saddle up about 1cm. Its a bit like lying awake in bed thinking about getting a cup of water, its hard to make yourself make the state change to do it.
