Sunday Feb 18 #

5 PM

orienteering race 22:47 [3] 3.83 km (5:57 / km) +26m 5:46 / km
slept:8.0 (injured) shoes: ASICS GT 1000 #5

SprintO Sydney Uni.
Despite watching a LOT of biathlon with the takeaway message that I have to switch modes harder, I ran out too hard, so bad route to #1 (slight overshoot), messed up #3 - brain not converting the lawns in the quad to green, so I thought they were the next yellow. Shingo caught me here, then I dug in a bit before completely blowing #24. Leg felt OK during, happy to have time for a warm down.

Some new thoughts on my crooked running ways from Paula.

Saturday Feb 17 #

6 AM

cycling 2:20:15 [3] 65.2 km (2:09 / km) +854m 2:01 / km
slept:7.0 weight:74.2kg shoes: Trek Roadie

Akuna terminating in St Leonards - very long stop at Pattisons by the look of the GPS.

Thursday Feb 15 #

7 AM

run 55:00 [3] 7.69 km (7:09 / km) +171m 6:26 / km
slept:6.0 (injured) shoes: Asics GT 1000 #4

The change that came through last night seemed to have been wiped out by 3am when I woke up. Blech.

Wednesday Feb 14 #

Note
(injured)

More physio - fortunately my knee has got worse, so a bit easier to diagnose - maybe irritated vastus medialis (IIRC)

Tuesday Feb 13 #

cycling 20:00 [3] 5.0 km (4:00 / km)

Reddy bike outing - trying to get to Fedex in Rydalmere via shaer transport...
First bike was broken, so took one from Blemheim Park, but failed to lock it at the GoGet pod, so racked up a $7 bill and 30km...
7 AM

run 1:08:56 [3] 10.61 km (6:30 / km) +192m 5:57 / km
shoes: ASICS GT 1000 #5

These shoes are almost in the bin, maybe nurse them to 1000km.
