BF Akuna with Jock and Nick. Nick on shiny new bike. Lost Peter, Dawn and Jason afyer they jumped to NSCC peleton and we didn't (although we did pass that peleton when they had a mechanical).

After I got back, it took me a long time and www.lyrics.com to figure out the bits of song in my head this morning ()last week's was Hotel California, which was easy)... Diamonds and Rust - Joan Baez.

Stumbled out of bed to avoid the heat of the day and then a short run to catch the Wolves game (against Newcastle 1-1 draw, but drama up to the last minute, start watching at 85 mins).
