12 hours of standing up outside - was pretty stiff, hungry and and dehydrated by the time I got around to stretching. Only 1 week until first real orienteering of the year. I know it will either be disappointing (cf first events in this gold-mining) or frustrating (I will make a horrible mistake at #1, #8 or #last but 1), but right now I'm looking forward to it.
