Reverse Akuna with Jock and Simon. Foggy. Worked quite hard, traffic heavier than usual on Pacific Highway.

Jock broke the news that Lyra is unable to qualify for the schools team under the rules the selectors just found. She has taken it in her stride.

The long run to work - again saw two wallabies, this time both on the near (Lane Cove/ryde) side of the river. R knee a bit weird, but not painful.

NSW long champs, Rosedale SF. M55.
We were the junior class for this mixed in with M60, M65, so the course looked as though it was going to be short, so I went at it hard from the start and had a pretty clean run. Big win. Need to check why the ranking points were so low for that.

edit: It's the danged M16s who ripped around today and destroyed the average points for all the oldies - looking at you Rampaging Roy Prosser.
