Not as much fun as the post-flight ride on Tuesday. Big loop in the forest to the NW, bypassing Neroburg.

I didn't look at the route profile, it turned out to be 9km up, 8 km down, so I have pretty sore quads.

From Fishermans wharf, over GG bridge, the Paradise loop, then Marin Headlands (when I was fairly trashed). Hawk Hill is great, a long climb with a steep (up to 18%) descent with fantastic views on a one-way road. Awesome. Pity the view from top of Hawk Hill was fog,fog, fog.

Got lost pretty much every time I had to cross 101, probably over an hour of lost time.

Good jetlag buster (I hope).
