First sprintO for a while and was a bit rusty. Shingo was hanging about at the start, deferring starting, then started right behind me and saw me leaving #1. Didn't see him after #7 as I went straight to #10 and on round the course to round up a top weekend of orienteering.

Looking at next week's work schedule, I think things won't get better soon.

Now to write up my AirBnB review - "quiet (between 11pm and 4 am), really pleasant if you enjoy low temperatures".. but I did get to wtahc the whole second series of the Movistar documentary, which was excellent fun.

Really enjoyed this, had a few wobbles, overshooting #5, way too high at #7. Didn't run anywhere near hard enough.
