Back a bit stiff after yesterday's pilates and the very steep downhill on the road at the end of Sunday's run.

Queenstown. The plan was to run up Ben Lomond but a mixture of the weather closing in and a late start put paid to that idea. Plan B was to run up Queentown Hill (907m) which we had walked up on Friday. At the top we were disappointed to see you weren't allowed to continue along the ridge to the next bump as it was private land. Down the other side of the loop where it was eerily dark in the dense pine forest. Fantastic to be be able to run with Paula on some decent hills/mountains for a change.
