Orienteering race (State League 10) 43:24 [3] 5.76 km (7:32 / km)
(sick) shoes: Inov8 212 (blue & orange)

Boggabilla - Hard 2 (M50A)
Feeling a bit more with it than yesterday so thought it worth at least jogging. No real time loses in the first half, catching Jenny Enderby at 9 who then followed me to 15 where I tried the direct approach rather than the more conservative track option. Lost perhaps 1.30 giving Jenny the opportunity to get away from me. Not much left in the tank at the end. Surprised to finish second, albeit nearly 5 minutes slower than Undy, but after how I've been feeling I'll take that as a result.

Orienteering race (NSW Sprint Champs race 1) 31:30 [2] 3.15 km (10:00 / km)
(sick) shoes: Inov8 Race Ultra 290

Garrison Point - Hard 2 (M50A)
Perhaps up there with one of the worst sprint courses ever (sorry Ian), not helped by having to walk round having spent the last four days in bed. In Ian's defence the map did not give a lot of options for good course setting but it could have been a lot more interesting. Printing quality left a lot to desired, something that definitely didn't improve over the weekend.

Orienteering race (NSW Sprint Champs race 2) 33:00 [2] 3.21 km (10:17 / km)
(sick) shoes: Inov8 Race Ultra 290

UWS Bankstown Campus - Hard 2 (M50A)
More walking, this time around a far more interesting course. Map printing left a lot to be desired, so much so that you couldn't even make out what was OOB or not (6 to 7 and 13 to 14). Not surprisingly well and truely last.
