Know Grammar Prep - Long line
Fun sprint on 1:1500 with short leg, changes of direction and a map change (flip the map over) at 16 of 27 controls. Map wasn't 100% which lead to some minor time loses. Felt twinge in my foot at the same time I was trying to work out what side of the fence 17 was so missed 16 (the map change). Realised later in the course butr too late to do anything about it.

Nirimba
First outing since Big Foot Sprints. Followed Paula's order and did 1min jog followed by 30secs walk and so on. Needless to say finished well down the results. Foot felt good so fingers crossed for a build up to Easter.
