Killarney Heights High School
Tricky multi-level course mapped at 1:2000. Reasonably straight forward to 15 which was on the lower level but needed to be approached from the upper level, took a while standing still to realise that and work out the route. Got caught out at the last control when the brain didn't seem to process that all I had to do was the same thing I had done at 15 - just too much to take in. Fun training event.

Including drills and a interval fail as felt right hamstring tighten up, probably not helped by a day trip to Canberra for a funeral.

Ilinden Lakes - SVM
Very much a runners course although there were still opportunities for stuff ups. Set off 1min in front of Undy and was determined not to be caught. Had a couple of sub-optimal route choices (6 to 7 and 10 to 11) allowing him to get close but manged to stay in front by 14secs (he still beat me by 46secs though). Just not fast enough these days.
