Kahli's Rocks West - Hard 2 (M55A)
Not ideal preparation runniing the start in the cold. By the time I went out it had started raining adding to the misery. Steady but sure through most of the rock, just a bit hesitant on 8 where I pulled up too soon. Surprised my bearing to 19, the last one in the rock, was so far out and it took a fair amount of bumbling around before I found it. It was until after I had finished and was talking to Simon that I realised I had missed 18 completely and had taken a bearing from 19, doh!

Was supposed to be three sets of three medium, bailed during the first one of the second set as my upper back was feeking a bit tight and I didn't want to aggrevate it before the weekend.

Usual Shrimptons. GPS was at least 100m short. Didn't feel too bad although the time suggests otherwise, maybe that's the new norm?

Ryhope - Hard medium
Enjoyable course well worth the effort of driving up the freeway. Only real time loss was 4 mins at 14 (a lot of other people has problems in this area) where ended up at the finishe and had to work my way back. Strucl lucky at 9 where there were a far few people milling around.
