Dragonbones (again)
Jock had set a couple of training courses, 9k and 15k, with flags this time. I ran well as far a 3 which I must have just missed annd when I pulled up 50m or so later I just couldn't get the map to fit. After a couple of brief excursions east and west decided to bail out to the road resulting a 3.5k demoralising jog back along the shoulder, disappointing as such a good area.
