Orienteering race (SOS) 28:34 [3] 3.81 km (7:30 / km) +13m 7:22 / km
ahr:147 max:187 shoes: NVii Forest 2

Robert Pymble Park
Three ultrasprint course (B, C then A) getting better each time with only a wrong control (not convinced the unit was working) on the first. Felt a very European autumnal day with the fallen leaves and a faint dampish smell. Good fun.

Orienteering race 3:03 [3] 0.24 km (12:33 / km)
ahr:136 max:159 shoes: NVii Forest 2

Robert Pymble Park
Three mazes, the first two dual with P (courses were mirror images of each other) with a win each. The last was the World Maze course, luckily the maze didn’t has many people milling around so managed to get the fastest masters time. The hop pointed out I seemed to be doing a lot of ‘crabbing’, whatever the technique was it seemed to have payed off.

Awoonga - hard 3
Appears I crossed the fence in a different place to where I though I'd done meaning none of the gullies made sense until I cottoned onto my mistake, looking at the splits don't think I was the only one to get confused here. Didn't have much in the tank, together with it being tougher thought than hoped, so pulled the pin before the long leg and just walked back punching the last two controls.
