Ran on Treadmill (TM), for Run 2 - flat tempo run of 15 at 6.5 pace. I've noticed my TM pace numbers go 6.0,6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5, then jump to 7.0. I am assuming that 6.5 is 6 minutes and 30 seconds, but correct me if I'm wrong. Incline was 0.5, because I usually set it at 1.0, but realized it was at 0.0 half way through the workout. At first, running at 6.5, I thought I wouldn't be able to hold it, but to my surprise, I managed it, even got into a rythym and focused watching soccer on TV and not the time on my TM. After 17 minutes, I realized I could hold it longer, but I wanted to stay true to the workout and dropped down to an 8.5 pace.
