Top of Gomer. Ran along the hill to the gentle side. Ran up the first hill, then went south downwards. Then climbed up a second hill. Then down and back to start. First run since noticing my foot injury. Pretty easy, but I felt it in my thighs as I had a pretty intense biking session yesterday.
