Easy 10k run with Eric. Pretty cold out at 50 degrees. This was a good exercise in learning to layer properly and control my core temperature. I over-estimated the cold and dressed too heavily. I also experimented with a new hydration system. This was a hand-held bottle carrier made by Nathan. During the second half of the run, I didn't even notice it and there was no arm fatigue. We were originally going to trail run, but decided last minute to do the walking trails in Summerlin near Palo Verde HS. This was a mistake as my knee started giving me problems about half way and felt like it was going to give out on me several times. My lower back also has a dull ache on the right side. That showed up this morning when I went outside. Not sure if it was cold-induced or if I tweaked it.
