Ran north side of Cottonwood with group of other runners. Easy pace, not too strenuous on the foot. I think starting tomorrow I can go back to regular training as long as I keep it on trails until I get a new pair of road shoes.

Top of Gomer. Ran along the hill to the gentle side. Ran up the first hill, then went south downwards. Then climbed up a second hill. Then down and back to start. First run since noticing my foot injury. Pretty easy, but I felt it in my thighs as I had a pretty intense biking session yesterday.
