neuropathway work out at Lincoln....20 mins x short neuro surges minimal gravity, 20 mins x medium NS, and 15 mins x ebbtide hill strides. intensity w/o the stress. trying and indeed visualizing running at fast pace in a race situation next to another runner who is favored to win the race. see my stride in full motion with my ending gait finishing high up above the knee, near my glutes, like a kenyan, turn over without stress, all flow.
